fa تأثیر آموزش براساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده از آلودگی به شپش سر در دانش‌‌آموزان دختر پایه ششم شهر مریوان در سال 1396 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp;<strong>مقدمه:</strong> آلودگی به شپش به‌عنوان یک مسئله اجتماعی از جمله معضلات بهداشتی شایع در دانش&shy;آموزان است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش براساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از آلودگی به شپش سر در دانش&shy;آموزان انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه مداخله‌ای از نوع نیمه&shy;تجربی بود. جامعه مورد بررسی 138 نفر از دانش&shy;آموزان (69 نفر در هر یک از دو گروه مداخله و کنترل) دختر پایه ششم مقطع متوسطه اول شهر مریوان در سال 1396 بودند که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای دو مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. مداخله آموزشی در 5 جلسه، ارائه شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه مشخصات جمعیتی و زمینه‌ای و پرسشنامه محقق&shy;ساخته مبتنی بر سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی و آگاهی و رفتار پیشگیرانه از پدیکولوزیس بود که در دو مرحله قبل و دو ماه پس از مداخله تکمیل شد. داده‌های گردآوری<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 16 و آزمون‌های متناسب تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> قبل از مداخله، بین متغیرهای جمعیتی و زمینه‌ای در بین دو گروه تفاوت معنادار وجود نداشت (05/0<span dir="LTR">P</span><span dir="LTR">></span>). دو ماه بعد از مداخله در میانگین نمرات متغیر آگاهی و سازه‌های حساسیت و موانع درک شده در گروه مداخله تفاوت معنادار مشاهده گردید (05/0<span dir="LTR">P</span><span dir="LTR"><</span>)، اما در سازه‌های دیگر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی و همچنین رفتار، قبل و بعد از مداخله، تفاوت معنادار یافت نشد (05/0<span dir="LTR">P></span>).<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">علیرغم افزایش </span><span dir="RTL">معنادار آگاهی و </span><span dir="RTL">سازه</span><span dir="RTL">‌</span><span dir="RTL">های</span> <span dir="RTL">حساسیت و موانع درک شده، مداخله آموزشی بر اتخاذ </span><span dir="RTL">رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از </span> پدیکلوزیس تاثیر معنادار نداشت.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objectives: </strong>Lice infection as a social issue is one of the common health problems among students. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of education based on Health Belief Model (HBM) on preventive behaviors of head lice infestation in students.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This was a semi-experimental interventional study. The study population consisted of 138 students (69 in each intervention and control group) in the sixth grade of primary school in Marivan city in 2017, that were selected by two-stage cluster sampling. Educational intervention was presented at 5 sessions. The data gathering tool was a demographic and Background questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire based on HBM and knowledge and Preventive behavior of Pediculosis, which completed in two stages before and two months after the intervention. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 and proportional tests.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There was no significant difference between demographic and Background variables between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).
