fa بررسی وضعیت پیشگیری و کنترل عفونت در بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران Investigating the status of system and control in Iran University of Medical Sciences hospitals عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: نظر به اهمیت عفونت‌های بیمارستانی، ضرورت تشخیص علل مرتبط با آن مورد توجه واقع گردید، کنترل و توجه به این مهم سبب کاهش مرگ‌ومیر، کاهش مداخلات درمانی، کاهش مدت زمان بستری، کاهش هزینه‌های تحمیلی بیمارستانی و افزایش تأمین و ارتقای سطح سلامت جامعه و رضایت از نظام بهداشتی و درمانی می‌شود. روش‌شناسی: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است؛ که در 6 بخش شامل سازمان برنامه پیشگیری و کنترل عفونت، راهنمای فنی، منابع انسانی، پشتیبانی آزمایشگاه میکروبیولوژی، محیط و استانداردهای فضای ایزوله در زمینه پیشگیری و کنترل عفونت اندازه‌گیری شد. برای توصیف و تحلیل داده‌های این پژوهش از آمار توصیفی استفاده گردید. پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و وارد کردن آن در نرم افزار، تجزیه و تحلیل آماری انجام شد. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 73.5 درصد از بیمارستان‌ها تا حدودی، 4 درصد به‌طور کامل و 23.5 درصد از شاخص سازمان برنامه پیشگیری و کنترل عفونت تبعیت نکردند. در زمینه شاخص دستورالعمل‌های فنی، 6 درصد بیمارستان‌ها به‌طور کامل و 94 درصد تا حدودی رعایت کرده بودند. هم‌چنین شاخص نیروی انسانی 100 درصد  بیمارستان‌ها تا حدی با این شاخص مطابقت داشته است. حمایت از آزمایشگاه میکروبیولوژی: 25 درصد بیمارستان‌ها به‌طور کامل، 73.5 درصد به‌طور جزئی و 1.5 درصد  از آن‌ها با شاخص مطابقت نداشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: عملکرد اکثر بیمارستان‌ها در زمینه رعایت شاخص‌های کنترل عفونت به استثنای شاخص تخصیص بودجه با کم‌ترین میزان تطابق؛ درحد متوسط بود. ضروری است تا مسئولان نظام سلامت الگوها و دستور کارهایی را جهت تخصیص بودجه برای تضمین فعالیت‌های کنترل عفونت تنظیم نمایند. در زمینه سایر شاخص‌هایی که ضعیف است پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیریت بیمارستان‌ها با نظارت و توجه بیش از پیش و برنامه‌ریزی کوتاه‌مدت در زمینه ارتقا شاخص‌های مذکور گام بردارند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background & Objectives: due to the importance of hospital infections, the need to diagnose the causes related to it was noticed, control and attention to this important cause reduction of mortality, reduction of therapeutic interventions, reduction of hospitalization time, reduction of hospital costs and increase of supply and improvement of the level The health of the society and the satisfaction of the healthcare system. Methodology: The current study is a cross-sectional descriptive study; which was measured in 6 sections including the infection prevention and control program organization, technical guide, human resources, microbiology laboratory support, environment and isolation space standards in the field of infection prevention and control. Descriptive statistics were used to describe and analyze the data of this research. After collecting the data and entering it into the software, statistical analysis was performed. Findings: In this study, 73.5% of hospitals partially, 4% completely, and 23.5% did not comply with the index of the organization of infection prevention and control program. In terms of the index of technical guidelines, 6% of hospitals had fully complied and 94% had complied to some extent. Also, the human power index of 100% of the hospitals has partially matched this index. Microbiology laboratory support: 25% of hospitals fully, 73.5% partially and 1.5% of them did not comply with the index. Conclusion: the performance of most hospitals in the field of compliance with infection control indicators, with the exception of the budget allocation indicator with the lowest level of compliance; It was average. It is necessary for health system officials to set patterns and agendas for allocating funds to ensure infection control activities.
