fa تحلیل کارایی فنی مراکز مراقبت های اولیه (مراکز بهداشت شهری وروستایی کشور):یک مرور نظام مند و متا آنالیز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:#385623">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">در طول دهه اخیر، اکثر کشورهای جهـان بـا افـزایش هزینـه</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">هـای بخش بهداشت و درمان روبه‌رو شده‌اند. استفاده مؤثر از منابع موجود از طریق به‌کارگیری الگوهای تخصیص منابع و افزایش کارآیی مدیریت بخش سلامت بسیار مهم و ضروری است. براساس گستردگی مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی و تعداد خدماتی که این مراکز ارائه می‌دهند، بخش قابل ملاحظه‌ای از منابع نظام سلامت جامعه به این مراکز اختصاص می‌یابد. تعیین و پایش مستمر کارایی این مراکز می‌تواند نقش به‌سزایی در بهبود کارایی منابع سلامت و جلوگیری از هدر‌ رفتن منابع کشور داشته باشد. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه کارایی مراکز بهداشت کشور،&nbsp; برای اولین بار به‌صورت مروری نظام‌مند انجام شده است تا به‌عنوان منبعی برای بازخورد به مدیران مربوطه در این زمینه باشد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:#385623">روش‌شناسی:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">در این پژوهش مروری منظم در پایگاه</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">های اطلاعاتی با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مناسب جستجو شد. تعداد&nbsp;&nbsp; 1035مقاله یافت و مقالات بازیابی شده، بررسی گردید. مقالات مرتبط با محاسبه کارایی مراکز بهداشت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. که در نهایت 8 مقاله شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشته و تحلیل شدند.&nbsp; </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:#385623">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها برای ارزیابی کارایی مراکز بهداشت کشور استفاده شده است. کارایی این مراکز در دهه 90 نسبت به سال‌های اواخر دهه 70 و دهه 80 افزایش مثبتی داشته است. در میان مراکز بهداشتی شهری و روستایی و پایگاه</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">های بهداشتی مراکز روستایی قزوین، مرکز شهری اصفهان و پایگا</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">ه‌های غرب تهران بالاترین میزان کارایی فنی را داشته‌اند و کارایی آن‌ها بالای 80% گزارش شده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:#385623">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:#385623">: </span></span><span lang="FA">ضروری است سیاست</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">گزاران و مدیران بهداشت و درمان ضمن شناسایی دلایل کارایی پایین مراکز بهداشتی، راهکارهایی برای ارتقای کارایی این مراکز و توزیع مناسب منابع اتخاذ نمایند. هم‌چنین ارزیابی عملکرد برای پایش کارایی نظام سلامت ایران فراهم گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="color:#385623">Background & Objectives: </span></b>During the last decade, most of the countries of the world have faced an increase in the costs of the health and treatment sector. Efficient utilization of available resources through the implementation of resource allocation strategies and the improvement of health sector management is crucial and essential. Based on the extent of health and medical centers and the number of services provided by these centers, a considerable part of the community&#39;s health system resources is allocated to these centers, determining and continuously monitoring the efficiency of these centers can play a significant role in improving the efficiency of health resources and preventing the wastage of the country&#39;s resources. to have Therefore, the present study has been conducted for the first time in a systematic review with the aim of comparing the efficiency of the country&#39;s health centers to be a source of feedback to the relevant managers in this field. <b><span style="color:#385623">Materials & Methods:</span></b> In this research, a systematic review was conducted in databases using suitable keywords. 1035 articles were found and the reference list of the obtained articles was checked. Articles related to calculating the efficiency of health centers were reviewed. Finally, 8 articles met the conditions for entering the study and were analyzed. <b><span style="color:#385623">Results:</span></b> The data envelopment analysis method has been used to evaluate the efficiency of health centers in the country. The efficiency of these centers has increased positively in the 90s com-pared to the late 70s and 80s. The urban center of Isfahan and the western bases of Tehran have the highest level of technical efficiency and their efficiency is reported to be over 80%.<b><span style="color:#385623"></span></b> <b><span style="color:#385623">Conclusion:</span></b> It is essential for policymakers and healthcare managers to identify the factors contributing to the low efficiency of healthcare centers and implement strategies for enhancing their efficiency and ensuring the proper allocation of resources.
