fa بررسی رابطه نظام‌های پیشگیری و اصلاحی با مدیریت خطاهای پزشکی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی: مطالعه‌ای در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#385623">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">خطاهای پزشکی، که به اشتباهات انجام‌شده توسط متخصصان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در ارائه خدمات درمانی اطلاق می‌شود، می‌تواند بر سلامت و جان بیماران تأثیرات منفی جدی داشته باشد. این موضوع، باتوجه به خطرات بالقوه آن برای سلامت بیماران، توجه زیادی از سوی پژوهشگران نظام سلامت را به خود جلب کرده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی روابط میان نظام‌های پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی و مدیریت خطاهای پزشکی در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان البرز است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#385623">روش‌شناسی:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و کاربردی است که به‌صورت مقطعی در زمستان 1402 انجام‌ شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل پرستاران با سابقه حداقل یک‌سال است که به‌روش تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 313 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش، پس از ارزیابی روایی ظاهری و محتوای پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مدیریت خطاهای پزشکی، داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن در نسخه 26 نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">SPSS</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"> تحلیل شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#385623">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">تحلیل نتایج نشان داد که بین نظام‌های اصلاحی و مدیریت خطاهای پزشکی رابطه معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد&nbsp; (</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">P=0.000</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">). هم‌چنین ارتباط بین مدیریت خطاهای پزشکی با نظام اصلاحی در اکثر موارد معنادار بود (</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">P=0.000</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">).</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#385623">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#385623">: </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">نتایج پژوهش تأکید می‌کند که مدیریت خطاهای پزشکی به‌طور قابل‌توجهی به سیاست‌های پیشگیرانه، نظارتی، کنترلی و هم‌چنین آموزش و تربیت وابسته است. نظام سلامت ایران با چالش‌های مربوط به کمبود اقدامات نظارتی و شفافیت مواجه است. لذا، بهبود زیرساخت‌ها و استفاده از بسترهای ثبت الکترونیکی، نظیر نرم‌افزارهای کشف خطاهای پزشکی و نسخه‌های الکترونیکی، می‌تواند به کاهش خطاهای پزشکی و ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات درمانی منجر شود.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="color:#385623">Background & Objectives: </span></b>Medical errors, which refer to mistakes made by healthcare professionals in delivering medical services, can have serious negative impacts on patient health and safety. Due to the potential risks to patient well-being, this issue has garnered significant attention from researchers in the health system. This study aims to examine the relationships between preventive and corrective systems and medical error management in hospitals affiliated with the University of Medical Sciences in Alborz Province.</span><br> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="color:#385623">Materials & Methods</span></b><b><span style="color:#385623">:</span></b> This research is descriptive-correlational and applied in nature, conducted cross-sectionally during the winter of 2023. The study population consisted of nurses with at least one year of experience, selected through simple random sampling, totaling 313 participants based on Cochran&#39;s formula. To evaluate the hypotheses, after assessing the content and face validity of the researcher-developed medical error management questionnaire, data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and Spearman&rsquo;s correlation test in SPSS version 26.</span><br> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="color:#385623">Results:</span></b> The results indicated a significant and positive relationship between corrective systems and medical error management (P=0.000). Furthermore, the relationship between medical error management and corrective systems was significant in most cases (P=0.000).</span><br> <b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#385623">Conclusion:</span></span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The study&rsquo;s findings highlight that medical error management is significantly dependent on preventive, supervisory, and control policies, as well as educational and training aspects. The Iranian health system currently faces challenges with insufficient supervisory and transparency measures. Therefore, improving infrastructure and using electronic registration platforms, such as medical error detection software and electronic prescriptions, can lead to reducing medical errors and improving the quality of medical services.</span></span></span></div> خطاهای پزشکی, نظام‌های پیشگیرانه, نظام‌های اصلاحی.
