fa بررسی میزان انطباق سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان با چارچوب سیستم اطلاعات آماری و اهمیت آن از منظر کاربران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> توسعه سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان(<span dir="LTR">HIS</span>) به منظور بهبود قابلیت ها و ارزش های افزوده ی آن در زمینه تولید گزارشات و شاخص های آماری با توجه به نیاز کاربران، علاوه بر رضایتمندی آنان، نقطه ی آغاز بهبود توانایی های مدیریتی بیمارستان است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان انطباق<span dir="LTR">HIS</span> &nbsp;با &laquo;چارچوب سیستم اطلاعات آماری بیمارستانهای ایران&raquo;و تعیین میزان اهمیت شاخص های چارچوب از منظر کاربران انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش پژوهش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی بود. که طی دو مرحله با استفاده از پرسشنامه حاوی 363 پرسش (در سه محور اصلی آمارهای بستری، اورژانسی و سرپایی)، ابتدا درصد انطباق <span dir="LTR">HIS</span> های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با &laquo;چارچوب سیستم اطلاعات آماری بیمارستانهای ایران&raquo;از طریق مشاهده و پرسش از مسئول آمار، سپس اهمیت هر کدام از مولفه های چارچوب مذکور در مقیاس لیکرت 5 گزینه ای، از منظر مسئولین آمار مراکز آموزشی درمانی شهر اصفهان تعیین و با کمک نرم افزار اکسل 2007 تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> میانگین میزان انطباق <span dir="LTR">HIS</span> های مورد مطالعه با چارچوب مدنظر 23.27 درصد بود. در این میان شاخص های بستری 23.16 درصد، شاخص های اورژانسی 19.01 درصد و شاخص های سرپایی 35.71 درصد با چارچوب آماری منطبق بودند. در حالی که 97.52 درصد شاخص های چارچوب از منظر کاربران بسیار مهم و مهم تلقی شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> وضعیت <span dir="LTR">HIS</span> های مورد مطالعه در ارائه شاخص ها و گزارشات آماری مورد نیاز کاربران، نا مطلوب ارزیابی شد. بنابراین ضروری است <span dir="LTR">HIS</span> با طراحی زیر سیستم اطلاعات آماری با محوریت شاخص های بستری، اورژانسی و سرپایی توسعه یابد و دستیابی به شاخص ها و گزارشات آماری مورد نیاز در قالب جداول و نمودارهای مناسب، طبق چارچوب مورد نظر فراهم شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> HIS development in order to improve its capabilities in producing statistical indicators and reports according to user requirements, in addition to their satisfaction, is the starting point of improvement of the ability of hospital management.</p> <p>This study aimed to determine the compatibility of hospital information systems with &quot; Statistical Information System hospital framework&quot;, and the importance of the frameworks indicators from the perspective of users.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>The present study was an applied-descriptive study; that In two stages by using a questionnaire containing 363 questions (on three main pivots: inpatient, emergency and outpatient), determined first the compatibility of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences HIS with the &quot; Statistical Information System Framework &quot; through observation and question, secound &nbsp;the importance of each component of the framework by the 5-choice Likert scale, from the perspective of of statistics users. Then data analyzed with Excel 2007.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> average of compatibility between HIS and statistical information system framework was 23.27 percent, in outpatient indicators 35.71 percent, in inpatient indicators 23.16 percent and in emergency indicators 19.01 percent; While 97.52 percent of the indicators were considered very important and important from the perspective of hospital statistics experts.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> presentation of statistical indicators and reports in HIS that required by users, was considered undesirable is therefore essential HIS by designed statistical information subsystems with a focus on indicators of statistical information inpatient, emergency and outpatient expand.
