fa اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر تعارضات زناشویی زنان نابارور تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>هدف</strong>: با توجه به اینکه تعارضات و ناسازگاری های زناشویی در زنان مبتلا به ناباروری بیشتر از زنان بارور می باشد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثیر آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر تعارضات زناشویی زنان نابارور در شهرستان بابل انجام گرفته است.<br> <strong>روش</strong>: این پژوهش، مطالعه شبه تجربی به همراه پیش‌آزمون_-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل می باشد.تعداد 30 نفر از زنان مبتلا به ناباروری (سال: 1394؛ محل انجام پژوهش: مرکز مشاوره مامایی فرشتگان بابل) انتخاب و بطور تصادفی به روه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت مداخله آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ گونه مداخله روان شناختی را دریافت نکردند. پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی<span dir="LTR">(Enrich-35)</span> برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شده است. داده ها توسط تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته&shy;ها</strong>: بعد از مداخله نمرات بیمارانی که آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی را دریافت نمودند نشان دادند این مداخله روی مقیاس های رضایت زناشویی از جمله رضایت مندی زناشویی، ارتباطات، حل تعارض، تحریف آرمانی و مقیاس کل رضایت زناشویی زنان نابارور تاثیر گذار بوده است.<br> <strong>نتیجه&shy;گیری</strong>: بنابراین، آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی می تواند به عنوان یکی از روش های مداخله ای برای زوج های ناباروری که از نارضایتی زناشویی رنج می برند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and purpose</strong>: Given that marital conflict in women with infertility than fertile women, this study aimed to investigate the effect of communication skills training on marital conflicts in infertile women was conducted in the city of Babol.<br> <strong>Materials and methods</strong>: A Quasi-experimental study with Pre-test/Post-test and control group design was performed (Year: 2014 Place: Fereshtegan Midwifery counseling Centre of Babylon). Thirty women afflicted to infertility were selected and randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received communication skills training while the control group did not receive any psychological intervention. Marital Satisfaction (Enrich-35) questionnaire was used to collect the data.
