Background and objectives: Dust storm is a natural event that occurs in arid and semi-arid and

There are many adverse consequences. according to the increased number and duration of dust

storms and their effects on the environment and human health, present article is to Analysis of dust

and dust storms in Iran,Investigation Internal and external origin of dust storms in Iran using satellite

images  and Control methods.

Methods: This study is a review search and  has been developed,  with words such as dust, dust, air pollution, the effects of air pollution on humans, the effects of air pollution on economic and environmental effects of air pollution on the environment in databases Google scholar, Magiran, SID, Iranmedex, sciencedirect.Total number of articles in these sites, articles related to dust storms in Iran were used. MODIS satellite images taken in this study

Results: According to studies,Recent drought, climate change and global warming as the most important factor in natural phenomena such as the draining of wetlands dust and some finds of the area and destroy them, Low percentage of vegetation in some areas, construction of large dams by Turkey, unsustainable development and the destruction caused by the war in the Persian Gulf region, increased severity and extent of the phenomenon of dust and spreading it on most parts of Iran.

Conclusion: Undoubtedly control this phenomenon require more effort and coordination between regional and neighboring countries. And also very harmful effects on human health has given all executive agencies are required.
